Sales volume drops again. Prices continue to rise.

The August issue of The Hatch Neighborhood Report reports overall sales volume has increased 2% from August 2015, which is a 2% drop from July sales volume. Overall average sales price increased 6% for the second month in a row.

The Atlanta Board of Realtors reported last week that the 11-county metro area experienced an increase of 3.7% in sales volume from 2015 and a 6% increase in average sales price.
