Steady monthly growth continues for Atlanta

Continuing the trend of steady positive growth each month, both overall sales volume the average sales price increased 4% from the previous year for Buckhead and it’s immediate surrounding areas, according to the latest issue of The Hatch Neighborhood Report. Even though inventory is still below pre-bust levels, it bodes well that sales volume is increasing despite concerns over higher interest rates.

The Atlanta Board of Realtors report a decrease of 6.2% in sales volume for the entire 11-county metro area, and average sales price increased 2.7% to $300,000 from December 2015.
