Low inventory push average sales prices up six percent

In the July issue of The Hatch Neighborhood Report, overall sales volume is up 4%, and average sales price increased 6% in Atlanta’s most popular in-town neighborhoods within desirable elementary school districts.

These neighborhoods performed better overall than the larger, 11-county metro area, which saw sales volume drop 7.7% from 2015 and a 3.4% increase in average sales price.*

Check out how specific neighborhoods are performing by downloading this issue of HNR.

Extreme low inventory is driving up the average sales price in my area, which is primarily South Buckhead and the Westside. Much of Atlanta metro is experiencing the same issue. I’d love to hear how neighborhoods are performing outside the perimeter. Comment below!
