In the June issue of The Hatch Neighborhood Report, overall sales volume is up 11%, and average sales price increased 5% in Atlanta’s most popular in-town neighborhoods within desirable elementary school districts.
These neighborhoods performed better overall than the larger, 11-county metro area, which saw sales volume drop 6.1% with a 3.3% increase in average sales price.*
June is historically the month with the most closings, and when sales prices peak.
