We still have low inventory and a steady rise of prices, except in most luxury markets

Overall, the average sales price for the area covered by the entire Hatch Neighborhood Report rose 3% from the same time last year. However, we are seeing a steady decline in price for homes over $1 million.

Neighborhoods in the Bolton Academy elementary school districts, which are typically priced under $500,000, are still appreciating quickly, and continue to be very desirable. There are many townhome opportunities coming on the market soon, still making this area very affordable on the Upper Westside.

The average sales price in the five-county metro area* jumped 7% and experienced an increase of 0% in sales for the same time period. Check out the numbers here.
