Better late, than never

I know, I know, I usually provide this report about the third week of each month, but I was in OMAN, of all places, and not about to ruin my view with a laptop. 😉

Here is the market activity for the 25 submarkets covered in HNR for 1/1/19 – 2/28/19 vs. 1/1/18 – 2/28/18*:

*The Hatch Neighborhood Report compares year-to-date sales data to the previous year to measure the health of the housing market of Buckhead, the Upper Westside, and the surrounding areas; and compares that sales activity to the metro area as a whole. Reporting sales activity for the year allows us to identify top-performing neighborhoods.
