One of the questions my seller clients ask me the most is when is the best time to list. According to an ATTOM Data Solutions analysis of 28.3 million home sales from 2011 to 2018, the best time to list are in the late spring and early summer, specifically in May and June. This is prime time for home buyers to be shopping because the weather is great for shopping and moving. Plus, families want to be settled in their new homes before the start of school.
