Median Homes Sales Prices
Housing inventory remains at an all-time low and, according to the latest National Association of Realtors latest existing home sales statistics released on August 20, median sales prices up 10.3% than a year ago.
In the near westside E. Rivers and Brandon elementary school districts, median home sales prices continue to perform well.
- Berkeley Park prices have outpaced the nation growing a whopping 22% from July 2014 due to the extreme lack of inventory in the area.
- Loring Heights grew 4%, suggesting price stabilization in the area. Renovated properties continue to dominate home sales.
- Underwood Hills keeps pace with the nation, growing 10%.
Average Days on Market
Average days on market in all three areas has dropped by half, again due to overall lack of affordable inventory.
